where do you live?
"i live in Los Angeles by myself, and spend a lot of time in Mexico City with my boyfriend. i moved to Los Angeles from New York about seven years ago. i love warm weather and sunny days."
WHAT DO YOU DO - PROFESSIONALLY, PERSONALLY, PASSIONATELY?
"i am a life coach, a yoga instructor and media producer. i love dancing, acting, modeling, and writing. i try to combine all of my passions as much as possible so that i constantly feel fulfilled."
what path led you here?
"i’ve been on a personal development journey for some time. i love psychology, spirituality, and learning more about ways to better myself. i believe this is what inspires me to do the work that i do — sharing my learnings and helping other people grow."
what does being an intuition coach entail?
"intuition coaching helps people make choices out of their inner needs and alignment. it's a practice of listening to yourself and following that wisdom, no matter how hard it may seem. the focus in total alignment — your thoughts, words, and actions are serving your true self. yoga and meditation helps to connect you with your intuition."
something you’ve learned “on the job”?

we are living in crazy — but important, for so many reasons — times. what is life like right now for you?
"life is really about helping people get through tough times right now. i do that through yoga sessions, meditation workshops, and life coaching."
what’s giving you peace of mind right now?
"my faith — that everything is happening for the greater good."
WHAT WILL CELEBRATING THE HOLIDAYS (IF YOU CELEBRATE) LOOK LIKE FOR YOU THIS YEAR?
"i’m still planning what that will be for me. i spent Thanksgiving in Jamaica on a solo trip which was beautiful, so maybe a bit more travel."
what are you listening to? reading? watching?
"i'm listening to a Spanish learning audio whenever i can, reading Superfans by Pat Flynn, and i just watched His House on Netflix - which i loved."
wearing?
"the Black Shirt. I can dress it up or dress it down. it's comfy and cute, which is my style go-to right now."
all-around life hack you swear by?
"i brush my teeth in the shower. i feel like it saves me time? but i’m not sure."
not-so guilty pleasure?
"banana pudding."
